I switched to this app from a different app that I had been using for 5 years because I wanted the POS feature. I'm so happy that I did! The customer support has been wonderful. I had a lot of questions as I transitioned and everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me as I got it figured out. Their tutorials are really helpful too. Now I'm able to schedule orders in person on our POS system, and have those orders end up on the same dashboard as our online orders in the App. Makes it much easier to double check orders by pick-up/ delivery date!

I have been using the app for over 12 months now and am very happy. I use it to customise my unique delivery and pick method of my business. I am busy running my business, and the Zapiet team have been extremely helpful and prompt to make changes and updates as I have needed them. Outstanding customer support. Sam helped us make a few tweaks specific to our theme and responded quickly and followed through with everything he said he'd do. We are only using the pick-up feature, and have yet to put our site live, but I know we are in good hands. Love the customizability of the button design. They did a great job overcoming Shopify's shortcomings for this issue- I'm so happy we decided to give this App a shot!

Great app and even better customer service. I really appreciate the quick replies when there is an emergency. The fact that they have pickup in-store, delivery, and shipping options, make things much easier for us. Thank you & I recommend.

A simple yet effective app that's easy to configure.
I found support to be excellent. Fixed a problem for me in little over one business day and gave advice too which I was pleased by.
It would be better if the option to add a calendar for customers to choose their order pickup days (with the ability to restrict pickup days and times like you can for shipping) was located in the Pickups section and not the Locations section as it's easy to forget where to find it, but maybe that's just me.
Other than that a sound and essential app.
Pricing-wise, yes a little steep, but less than half the cost of the actual Shopify plan so good value in my opinion.
Do I believe this is an essential function for most small business stores that should have already been included in the basic Shopify plan? Absolutely.
Do I begrudge Zapiet for making the app and charging what they do? Not at all.

This app has made it possible for us to add a pick-up option as well as our standard delivery, and a lot of our customers are using it. There was a small bug when we switched Shopify themes, but the customer support was fantastic and the bug was fixed within a few hours - massively recommended!
