Hi everyone!

This is an updated review just after 6-7 hours. I went to bed around 2am not being able to figure out the issue my store was having. I woke up to an email from the support team asking if they could personally onboard my shop with your app. Although their app is a bit more expensive, the support itself was well worth the extra expense. My store is now up and running with customer purchasing and they are having a streamlined process. I'm excited to get this going and serve my community.

I didn't even get a chance to use this app due to no response in customer service after a few emails. I'm switching over to another app.

It’s Andy here the Founder of Zapiet! Thanks so much for your feedback. I am so sorry for the delayed reply from my support team. They have been absolute inundated with support requests recently as merchants try and switch to pickup/delivery first. We are doing everything we can to speed things up.

I have just sent you an email offering to jump straight in personally and help get your issues resolved.

Although our app is a little more costly than the competition, it is for very good reason. I’m sure once I get you setup you’ll absolutely love our solution.

I had a bit of trouble with my checkout flow (only allow pick up and also to not enable shipping) and the rep, Jessica, really helped me. She even brought up things I was not aware that I might want to change so that's even better. Everything was clear and fast. Great support.

Fast & easy to access customer service. Pleased with my onboarding and early stage use of Zapiet. Highly reccomend.

If I could give this app 300 stars I would! We have had issues with our calendar/date picker app since it was installed a few years ago. Pickup orders account for a high percentage of our orders - and it was challenging to capture the information accurately - resulting in lost sales. Enter Andrew with this amazing app! Not only does the app far exceed our expectations, the high level of customer service Andrew provides is second to none. I highly recommend this app!

Great customer service! We had trouble with the install and their team helped it get resolved quickly. Once we got it working the app works great!

I am still astounded by the fact that shopify doesn't support such useful functionality themselves, but use this app to allow customers to pick a date for pickup/local delivery/shipping, and then see orders to fulfill by date in their dashboard. It seems like they have thought of everything in terms of a smooth workflow predicting what a user needs , and even when i opened up an enhancement request, they actually implemented it! Most importantly, their support is absolutely amazing. I always get fast and friendly responses (even when it appears they are offline), and quick resolutions- I wish shopify's own support was as good as this. Keep doing what you are doing!

This app works great. We have several items that are available for store pickup only and some items that are available online only. This app allows us to quickly and easily customize which items are available for each service. We changed themes and this app was no longer working, opened a ticket with Zapiet and they quickly found the issue and got it resolved for us. Was a theme issue and not an app issue.

Highly recommend - plus great customer service. Thanks guys!

I have used other apps for delivery before having the need to offer store pickup, local delivery, and shipping. This is the best app you can have, it works as described. It offers many options for customization and it is easy to set up. Customer support is stellar. I needed some tweaks to be done and Sandy, Ismail, Sam and Andy, are all great to work with and will go the extra mile to help you out. Thank you!! Highly recommended!

If you're not using Store Pickup + Delivery for your local delivery management, then you're leaving money on the table. Incredibly useful options, support that gets back to you in MINUTES through chat. 0% regret.
