Great support. Shopify changes so many things without telling anyone, and Zapiet is always ready to help adjust to those changes. Angelo, Kristine, Herman and Jeanette have all helped keep my store going strong.
Jessica with Zapiet is one of the best support agents/experiences I've ever had. We have a lot of apps that we use with Shopify and every time I need help I email and immediately get a response and she even makes updates for me which is super helpful when we're moving quickly and time is limited. The solution is super flexible and has worked perfectly for our complex shipping and delivery needs. I HIGHLY recommend using this app.

We've had some trouble at times but customer support has been really responsive and helpful in fixing things. I talked to Stephane for a while this morning and they were very patient and detailed with instructions to help fix an ordering issue we were running into.
