I absolutely love this app! It's incredibly helpful for our clients to have a visual representation of our delivery dates, and it comes packed with tons of useful backend features. The team behind the app is extremely helpful whenever assistance is needed.

The support for this app has been amazing!! Any issue we have had (which have been small and not often) has been fixed quickly and with minimal effort. Our operation depends on Zapiet.

Jessica just helped me solve a problem that was stressing me out like crazy. She was BEYOND PERFECTLY HELPFUL!!!!!! Working with her was seriously the best customer service / tech support i've EVER had. Including Apple. Seriously, perfect!!!! She deserves a raise immediately.

Their support is the best I've experienced with an app. It's Saturday afternoon and resolved my issue, coached me on how to avoid in the future, etc. I'm glad to have found this app. It will allow us to expand our online orders for local delivery and pickup. Yay!

Stephane was extremely helpful when I got stuck during setup and got everything working smoothly in short order. This alone speaks volumes about the product and I'd recommend them from my experience with customer support alone before even having a lot of experience using the app!

I had tried other delivery apps in the past but I decided to commit to Zapiet because it seemed to be the most professional option.

Now I'm extremely happy to have made that decision. There was a small issue with an email notification that I wasn't getting on my tests, so I contacted Zapiet support and not only did they help me fix the issue, but they also helped with other set-ups that I had done wrong and now my store looks absolutely perfect!
