Almost never syncs. I've been having to manually add orders for months. Sort it out Royal Mail !!!
Found this App to be a really counter-intuitive, time consuming, inefficient and frustrating way to try and send orders out. Especially as you need to do so much set up on a third party website!
Knowing what integration is possible for delivery options and Apps, I think this is a very low-tech and needlessly unreliable way of doing things. As many reviews have pointed out. I hope they make some big changes such as actually integrating the App into Shopify, rather than taking us to a separate website to upload products etc especially.

This app was designed from the outset to allow your Shopify orders to be imported into our comprehensive Royal Mail Click & Drop web application, shipping labels generated and shipping updates provided back to your store.
We do appreciate your feedback though, and will give consideration to how Royal Mail shipping label generation can be streamlined for Shopify-based websites going forward.

App disconnects constantly, makes it really unreliable to use.

When it used to work it was great, but as of a few months ago it stopped pulling orders through unless you reconnected, then it would create a new connection each time and bring each order through 3 times.
Orders set to make as dispatched on Shopify aren't.
It's frustrating as it used to work great, why change it? I see other people saying the same and still no fix!
It was working perfectly for several years and suddenly, about a month or 2 ago stopped feeding the tracking numbers back to shopify from royal mail. also I was getting duplicate orders coming through to royal mail and after exploring noticed that there were 8 connections from shopify to royal mail. Every time I'd tried to update the integration it formed a new connection. What a shame. It was a great app but for some reason has been spoilt.
having an issue whereby when an order is being fullfilled from one of our locations it's changing it automatically to the other one and amending the stock. we are not sure why this is happening?

If your store locations are set correctly for the 2 Click & Drop accounts you are using then please contact our support team at clickanddropsupport@royalmail.com and provide information around when and how frequently this is occurring, any recent example orders that have caused this, and which location you expect the stock to be amended from and which location it was actually amended.

Works really well for me. All orders are imported and sends the tracking back to shopify. There's a settings to Mark as Dispatched when you create the label and another to export the tracking number at the same time.
Very occasionally you have to re-link the app on the Click & Drop website, maybe when there's been API changes? It's easy to update but also quite easy to end up duplicating the integration - this is how you get duplicate orders. Just delete the second integration to resolve.
Quietly works in the background without any involvement needed 99% of the time. Excellent.
App has been broken by Royal Mail team, it worked well until a few months ago, now there are multiple errors and the support team do not investigate issues.
Waiting for 2 months for issue that Royal Mail cannot process EU orders and now need to find an alternative.
Update: The Royal Mail response to reviews is quicker than support but false. It hasn't been resolved and I can't process or ship those orders. The issue remains and hasn't been investigated.

It looks like the small number of errors you refer to that occurred over a 30 min period earlier today stopped around lunchtime at the point you created a new Shopify integration in Click & Drop. If you still have problems automatically importing orders going forward please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Regarding processing EU orders it seems that you have been shipping EU orders using Click & Drop recently, but if you are referring to a very specific use case please again don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Was working fine, then stopped syncing orders though. Nothing was uploading and none of the recommended "troubleshooting" steps worked. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. There is zero customer service help, so a completely pointless app at this point.
updated and downloaded the app and now I cannot see any new orders come through. waste of time. not sure what to do as there is no help and have to do everything manually.
