My Listing descriptions on Shopify are all of a sudden overwriting the Goods Description I put in Royal Mail settings.

I find it astonishing how the people at Royal Mail, really understand their customers needs.

They're so intuitive that they never asked. They're born understanding how customers that spend £60,000 a year with them use their products, having never used it that way themselves.

They know that it makes total sense to compact detailed descriptions, with size charts, specs, compatibility, often exceeding 4000 characters down to the very first 40 characters for a Customs Goods Description, and that this wont delay customs at all, or add an hour extra onto a day to correct them all individually.

I love how they disabled the ability to override these descriptions to something of my own choosing, it's so customer focused.

So much love for Royal Mail. Every single staff member treats us with "kindness' and "consideration" whilst doing precisely what they want irrespective of the outcome.

They even reply to feedback lovingly and always fully understand our needs, whilst never offering a silly reason or excuse.

Absolute rubbish, works well for a week, then stops you from being able to make payments on card. Called RoyalMail Click & Drop Technical Team, said nothing they could do and had no clue why its happening, completely useless. Might as well not have them there....
Now I have to go back to royalmail.co.uk and fill out all the details manually, this is a joke. waste of time, avoid. Just wasted an hour...

Has worked perfectly for a couple of years. All of a sudden my Shopify orders are not pushing over to Click & Drop and no response to any of my messages from the help service, so I'm stuck having to manually add them.
