Cloud Search & Product Filter

So far so good, customer support is incredible. I have a feeling we finally found the right app for what we need! So happy!

This app has been really good for our business - it produces good search data and looks great on the website. The technical support has also been top notch - working directly with the developers we were able to put in place some custom code for our search implementation that really helped!

Wonderful app, truly helpful to allow customers to find what they're seeking easily!!! I really LOVE this app, a LOT.... ONLY hiccup I have is the results of the search sometimes report on the searched item too quickly and breaks it up into unnecessary pieces...... To illustrate, imagine the search term is "pantaloons".... I will have a big list of "zero search results" for the following results: "pan" "pant" "panta" "pantal" "pantalo" "pantaloo" and "pantaloon".... instead of the actual searched term of JUST "pantaloons"..... It's almost as if the search itself is pulling the word too quickly and adding it to the list of no-results, when someone isn't even done typing it out. Even then, this app is still amazing.

We have been using Instant Search for about a year and we are super happy with it. It's extremely fast and the search results are exactly what we want. We have tried other similar search apps but this is defiantly the best one. AND great support!

Great app for filters and search bar! It is pretty instinctual to use. Had a little trouble with translating some filters and needed a workaround, but the developer was a huge help and made it work pretty easily!

CloudSearch has been awesome and super responsive to our requests! The search works perfectly for our purposes, as it leverages the default search page as opposed to most other apps which completely hijack the search functionality. This makes it a lot more customizable for our purposes. Definitely recommend!

I started using this app two days. So far my experience is really good. Its amazingly fast for a large catalog of upto 200K products. For this price, its really good service. If they can add related, cross-sell and up-sell to this service for a little higher price, it will be amazing. Keep up the good work.

I was debating options because of the look and appearance and positioning of the filter bar and im so glad i choose this one! it is a great value, functional and wont break the bank. the customer service is excellent and they helped me customize the position and appearance within my theme within 24 hours. thank you for a great product CloudSearch!
