Very good value for money. A bit weak on the merchandising and statistics side. If they improve this part of the app and introduce some AI driven features without putting the price into space, they would be the number one search app for Shopify stores.

The customer support was very very helpful and fixed all my issues all around great app to download for anyone's store.

I have been using this app for some time, and it is outstanding - the support is equally impressive. They helped me tweak a feature to better fit my application. Lightning fast, with a ton of options. I love this app!! The search is great, my main site is in French and it works perfectly. Also, I received awesome service from the CloudSearch team to make my search continue to work in both French and English, something I had not been able to accomplish with any other search tool. Also, I love how you can personalize the filters.

I love it! I was looking for a good filter app and it works like a charm, on both search and collection pages.
I had some trouble installing it but customer service is great, they solved my problems very fast.

We’ve been very happy with the app so far. It was easy to set up and is doing exactly what we need it to do. We wanted a side bar filter and the instructions on how to edit the code to set this up were very clear and easy to follow (even though we know nothing about coding). We've also had excellent customer support -- friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this app. Great value for money!
