Cloud Search & Product Filter

I am absolutely and pleasantly surprised by the level of support for this app! After testing a few other options, I installed this app and ran into some minor issues. Everything was sorted out and clarified in the most helpful way. The collection filter works great and is exactly what I needed. The level of customisation is also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

So far very satisfied with the app as well as the support received. Does what I need it to do by allowing to filter by colour, size, design, product type etc. So customers can find what they are looking for without leaving in frustration.

This app is a huge improvement over the standard Shopify search. The correct products are immediately displayed with prices after just a few keystrokes, even if misspelled. The developer team was very helpful in getting the app to also include custom meta fields. I especially appreciate the weekly email report showing which terms were matched to existing products and which terms customers are searching for but for which we don't have products available yet.

Stellar support and flexible app. We had some problems getting the design right and they helped us greatly. Add the great price and you got yourself a 5 stars app.

i love the search word sydonyms and ability to promote certain products on keyword searchs

Cloud Search was very easy to install and configure and the filtering is smart and dynamic, very intuitive for our customers, works perfectly and was exactly what we were looking for. In addition, Cloud Search added dynamic instant search to our existing site search and customers have found it very easy to use. For us, this was a bonus on top of the product filtering functionality. Anything we can do as site owners to help our customers quickly find the product they are looking for, then the better chance there is to turn the visit into a sale.
