This is the best search and filter app I have found, and believe me I have tried them all as I specifically wanted a filter where customers could choose to browse by tag or category. Customer support from Nikita was AAA+ with friendly communication and a willingness to help. He also fixed an issue for me that had nothing to do with his app! Thank you for everything. We installed this app on our stage website and the support team helped us with literally everything to get it right before we released it on our live website. Implemented this app because we noticed our in theme search wasn't that great and felt we may be missing out on sales because customers couldn't find what they were looking for. I've had CloudSearch running for a few days now and so far its GREAT. Exactly what we wanted. We have just over 2500 products in our store and it only took a few minutes to set up. Tested it on a variety of different browsers and mobile, works great on all. :)

We use this app for search and product page filtering. It works great. If we ever run into an issue, their support team handles it very well and gets it resolved quickly.
