XCloud Search & Product Filter

Ich habe CloudSearch jetzt einige Monate und bin sehr zufrieden mit den Aufbau der App, den möglichen Einstellungen und Fähigkeiten. Darüber hinaus ist der Support mit Nikita bemerkenswert gut und unkompliziert. Er kann sich in die Lage gut hineinversetzen und setzt alles einwandfrei um. Ich kann diese App aus eigenen Erfahrungen gut weiter empfehlen.

I could not find an option on how to search tags . As all my products have tags but none of them showed in the search results I uninstalled and cancelled the trial.

I hope in the future they can add weights to different fields like description, title, tags, metafields so that the search function is powerful as it should be .

The default search option of Shopify is quite bad in my opinion and these kind of apps should really improve on the basic features of the Shopify search options

It has plenty of great features. I would like the ability to add a few more grouped synonyms as well as the ability to group some faceted values.

Cloudsearch is how i expect search to react! It searches everything in my products (with contril) and does it all lighting fast! Installation is also remarkable easy and the support, if you need them, is always there and quick to react. So stop searching, pick this one and thank me later...

This app easily solved our problem for filtering large collections (20,000+ products) that Shopify's standard filtering could not.

Nikita was extremely helpful, responding quickly and helping us set up the filters as we needed in our store. Excellent customer service and fast & efficient filtering. Also reasonably priced compared to similar apps which were harder to implement. I would recommend to anyone, especially stores with large inventories!

This app is excellent; it allows for the customization of label options for different series pages. My Shop has over 20 collections and 200 products, this feature provides better navigation for my customers.

Their customer service team is also very reliable. Since I don't know how to code and couldn't move the filter to the left sidebar myself, the customer service team installed the code for a left sidebar one day after receiving my email. They also helped me adjust the font size and other issues. I will continue to use this app.

I highly recommend Cloud Search & Product Filter. In all the ways Shopify's default search and filter application is lackluster and limited, this application is sterling and expansive.

Further, Nikita and his team are fantastic. I had a minor customization issue with my specific theme, and with but an email they had collaborated with me to not only resolve my problem for me, but to improve the implementation past what I was capable of.

I expect to be using this app for the foreseeable future.

Imo best filter app. Fair pricing, easy to configure, filter based on metafields and solves also the issue with product limitations in collections. Plus: set different filters per collection, great.
Also to mention is the great support.

This is a great app in so many ways.
We use an older theme that doesn't have filtering built in and this app allows that.
In addition, I receive weekly emails teling us of our Top Ten searches, both with and without results. This allows me to monitor anything that needs attention and rectify the issues.
Overall a great app.
