Just uninstalled this app after the company added a bunch of extra charges without our permission. I have contacted them but they have not replied. As far as I can tell, this is a scam, until they prove otherwise.
Update: It took days, but they got back to me. They have refunded the extra charges.

Doesn't work at all, don't bother installing.
Doesn't work and there is no support.
