QuickSync for Clover

I have to admit i was a bit skeptical at first but the customer service tech from clover really helped me out, he was very patient while my product was synced from one platform to another, he even kept me notified while it was doing its thing i will not call out his name but give an initial instead which is M. Huss very knowledgeable kind and customer service was all impactable, the kind anyone would want as a beginner business owner i cannot say anything but great things this man has done and i appreciate it all MH, you're a good man ad may good things come to you in the future KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Thea was helpful and swift. It only took 3 minutes to explain the problem and the situation was taken care of in about 15 minutes. After I was given step-by-step instructions to troubleshoot the issue if needed.

I use this app to sync my inventory between Shopify and Clover. I love how it automatically generates SKU numbers but I wish it could place the items into their perspective categories in Clover. Syncing the first time takes a little bit but once you do it the first time it is very fast going forward. Their customer support is absolutely outstanding! I was actually working on my site on Sunday and the same rep that had helped me previously initiated a chat just to let me know she was there and ready to help. I was so grateful for her assistance!!

Arianne was super helpful, in helping me setup my new account. I have a new computer, and was struggling with the process, and was becoming frustrated, and she jumped in, and sent very good instructions!

This review is based on after 30 days of use in order to provide a truthful unbias feedback.

We have both Shopify for online and Clover for retail sales. Needed something that can sync inventory and products between the two. This software works well and very simple to use. There is a learning curve and some fine tuning is also needed.

What makes this software stands out is the customer service. Always on and always there to help and coach when needed. We have use multiple apps on both Shopify and Clover this team is the most responsive when it comes to problem solving. Another reason I'd love to keep using this software is that they are constantly improving making small upgrades a step at a time. They are also open to user feedback and suggestions to new features etc. I cannot wait to see the next update!

This app has been a LIFE SAVER for my client's small business. She set up Clover as her in-store solution early on, and I wanted to use Shopify for her website sales. CloverSync has made this possible, and a HUGE thanks to their support team. I worked with Omar on live chat, and he answered all my questions and even did all the heavy lifting work for me. While it is still early days for me as an initial user, there is a friendly user interface and plenty of integration options, including Clover. I was impressed with Joseph Morris' customer service. He understood my complicated situation and offered me great options for a solution. This app is definitely worth a try and thumbs up to Joseph!!

We needed to have our inventory of several hundred items synced from Clover into Shopify. Customer Support Agent Joseph took charge and made sure all of our inventory was correctly uploaded into our Shopify storefront in a very timely manner.
