Our experience working with Cluster is great, the personal onboarding was awesome and I´m confident that the new popup will convert a lot more than our old one.
The direct communication with the founders is a bonus, because usually if you have an issue, other apps send you, either to a bot or a customer service agent.
Results speak for themselves. My stores opt-in rate went from a 1.2% to an ~8% opt-in rate. The best part is that conversion rate of people that went through the pop up progression was through the roof. Also, the ability to test different experiments and see results in real-time was huge. It gave my store the ability to hone in on what is working, iterate, and adapt. Really can't recommend Cluster enough.
