VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT HAS BEEN 6 DAYS AND THEY COULNDNT FIX MY PROBLEM. AND THEY DONT REPLY FOR LAST 3 DAYS!!

I love this app!! If your looking for a receipt that you can upload your logo to, get customers to give you feedback, and also reward the customer with a discount for shopping with you....this is the app for you!! I love it, so easy to use and set up!!

There's some fake reviews in here for sure. They have terrible customer service. Raise a ticket and wait a week for someone to send a link to a FAQ.. We went back to using the native Shopify tools that seemed to work a lot better.

This is the second site I have used Reciptful - It has been a great way to step up our customer experience and provide reasons for our customers to come back. The free version covers the basics and what one should use when just starting out online (use your resources wisely!).

From my experience, the support has been top notch. It seems pretty common with highly rated apps on Shopify that the developer and team are quick with answers - no exception here.

We've recently upgraded to the paid version and thus far have been happy. Looking forward to repeat customers thanks to this app. A true must have... if you care about your customer experience.

This app will suck because they will remove the receipt on the free plan. what a fu*kin greedy people.
