CM Commerce: Email Marketing

just downloaded this app to a couple of our stores, it works really well and super easy to set up. too early to tell yet how effective it will be but we are expecting Conversio to do well for our stores.

This is such a great app. I was concerned a little at first, because I didn't want to run an app that would bombard my customers with popups and "BUY BUY BUY" emails every 2 seconds. I was very happily surprised with Receiptful. Its emails are fully customisable by me, and I have full control over the look, feel, tone of the campaigns and customer receipts that are sent.
This may be blatantly obvious to most, but embarrassing as it is to say, I missed it at first, so make sure that if you're including a coupon code for first-time shoppers, that you edit it properly on the coupon itself as well as in the accompanying email so that they match, ie. are you giving a 10% discount or a $10 off voucher, for example.
The customer service and support provided for this app is fantastic, very responsive, and personal. I recommend it highly.

I love the "all-in-one" features of CM Commerce. I use it to collect reviews on our site through a automated "drip campaign" that is sent to our customers after purchase. It works so well! I also use it to customize receipts, send sale emails and follow ups for abandoned carts. It's the only email program I use and would highly recommend it. Their support team is really responsive too!

Conversio is bringing in more sales for me. I use the automated cart abandonment emails and those recover a portion of the abandoned carts for me. Customers also send me feedback through conversio emails, this is very useful as well. I can highly recommend this app

From a revenue perspective it's influenced around 20% to 30%. I have to say I'm quite impressed at the ease of use of the app and the support you receive is always fantastic. I'd totally recommend for anyone looking to start using an email marketing solution. The one thing I'd ask from Conversio is to have custom attributes within their review extension. I think it could help take away some of that market share from Yotpo. Overall it's a feature packed app!
