I have been using the CODfirm app for a while now and it's the best solutions for COD orders. COD orders can be confirmed using OTP and then we can also try to convert the same orders into a prepaid order by offering a little discount reducing overall RTO and impacting bottom line positively.

CODfirm helped me to reduce RTO's through this I was able to verify OTP's for COD orders. Their OTP login feature helped my customers to login easily, I would highly recommend stores to try this as this would help them to increase conversions.
