Much needed app for Indian merchants. The app is pretty basic as of now (14 seconds voice message limitation) but you can get your voice message customized. Support is very responsive.
With a few tweaks and additions to the workflow, this app can take away the major hassle of merchants away especially in India. I hope the developers add following features as soon as possible:
1. Post-call information only message for all three status of the call i.e. confirmed/declined/unattended
2. Automated scheduled recalling to customers who missed the call
With these two features, this app can be quite indispensable for any merchant operating in India.
Brilliant concept for India, where some mischief give wrong phone number or a number not working. This way we get to verify the customers phone number and makes him to confirm the order there by saving so much in the logistics and packing efforts that would otherwise have gone in vain.
nice app ...started using it just hoping it will work as show in App Store and need to add some more voice recording .
Just an ok app. It has a great feature of call back and SMS, however if customer misses the call, there is no way to generate another call after a specified period or schedule a call.
Also the app doesn't work on mobile screens.. can't access app data properly from my mobile which is how I do most of my business while on the go
good app. now have to see if it works properly. just installed it to my store. the interface looks nice.

They make sure that your queries are resolved as quickly as possible.
A feature of IVR repeating the instructions if the customer doesn't provide a response is missing.
Do I need to do the template registration in the DLT platform and send you template id and entity ID. I have not made any changes in SMS Settings but made changes on Voice Call Template inserted Store Name only.
