The order has no verification mark, tried to contact customer service and no one responded, I don't think I will consider using it!!!

not working.. dont install this app ever....not every COD order will be synced..you will come to know after buyer escalation

The issue you experienced was related to some external apps connected to your store, which caused a delay in processing orders on their end. As a result, a few orders couldn't sync with our app in real-time. However, now that we've integrated with the external app you're using, everything is functioning properly.

We just installed the app today, this is what I have found after testing the app as a customer

Confirmation IVR should Take Store Name
Confirmation IVR should keep repeating at least for 3-4 times. As the for first time 8 out of 10 times customer will not be able to understand what is happening

Because of these two missing features, I am taking away 2 stars. I will use it for a week before we take a final call to use this app or Not.

Please let me know if you could add these two features.

[Revised] App has evolved and worked great for us, we have been using it for years now.

Among these 2 features, We are providing 1st one - with which you can ask us to change IVR message and also we can set mp3 or wav audio file if you can provide any.

and for 2nd - IVR can be longer and it can charge you extra for longer calls. That is why we are not providing this feature at the moment.

This is really helpful for people in India doing COD to verify orders! Kindly use it and SMS is low.cost but calling is expensive.

This has automated COD order confirmations and made the process seamless. It has a simple setup and reasonable pricing. Thanks.

I found this app very useful ! It's easy and smooth and let you know how you want to deal with COD orders. Avoids fake/fishy orders. Must app for those who are providing Cash On Delivery services.

My clients turned down due to this app.
I've lost so many orders because of the Non-confirmation of COD orders. It is so tough to bring clients to your website, because of poor apps, all efforts go waste

Sir,

There is some misunderstanding that our app affects COD orders. Our app is not performing before client comes to your store and complete the orders. It will make call and SMS only after customer has placed a COD order on your store.

And there can be any case, where customer is picking up the call and entering valid input, not picking up the call OR entering wrong input. Anything is possible as customer's end. We can not handle that part.
