Fantastic App for Streamlining COD Orders!
I absolutely love the HillTeck COD Verify App in my Shopify store. It has significantly reduced the hassle of managing COD orders. The app offers very user-friendly options for verifying both COD and prepaid orders, along with powerful features for abandoned cart recovery and converting COD to prepaid. Hillteck has been a breeze to operate and help us with verifying the orders. I was able to avoid a manpoer cost due to the verification option and now will be trying the wahtsapp recovery features. Hope it performs the same way.

Being following up with the team since ages just for data on the cost incurred on each message for the mistakes your team has made.
Multiple times the app have crashed along with blasting Mutiple messages to the same customer not only I am bearing these unnecessary cost because of your inefficiency in managing the tech product but also this has affected my overall customer experience.

The APP has been very helpful in confirming the COD orders without us having to call and verify. The RTO rates have come down, the after sales support is very good. The take our suggestions and help in resolving the same. Highly recommend this app for COD confirmation.

Great App. Very useful in preventing fake COD orders. The app uses both Call & WhatsApp to confirm COD orders as well as provides an additional layer through address confirmation messages to COD orders. And the team is very supportive & responds promptly.
