Its a very helpful app for COD market like India. Customer support is also good. COD to PrePay option is good to reduce RTO.

The App is Really Awesome. Helps Reduce the RTO!. It's Excellent. Only if it had manual calling for the no Response orders then it would have been best.

Really helps reduce the workload of manual calling. Customers get verified in the easiest possible way. Support is also excellent and setup is very easy. Highly recommend this app to anyone running a store with Cash on Delivery option in India.

Great App. Very useful in preventing fake COD orders. The app uses both Call & WhatsApp to confirm COD orders as well as provides an additional layer through address confirmation messages to COD orders. And the team is very supportive & responds promptly.
