Excellent Platform for Order Confirmation Calls
This service delivers exactly what it promises. The customized voice feature works smoothly, and it has genuinely helped me reduce RTO. Their system is reliable, easy to use, and there’s no mandatory monthly fee which is a big plus.
Hillteck has been a breeze to operate and help us with verifying the orders. I was able to avoid a manpoer cost due to the verification option and now will be trying the wahtsapp recovery features. Hope it performs the same way.

Being following up with the team since ages just for data on the cost incurred on each message for the mistakes your team has made.
Multiple times the app have crashed along with blasting Mutiple messages to the same customer not only I am bearing these unnecessary cost because of your inefficiency in managing the tech product but also this has affected my overall customer experience.
