OMG! this is the best app for reducing rto rate it reduced my rto rate from 40% to just 5% if you are looking for order confirmation by calls and whatsapp automation then go for it customer support is also very good and friendly.

Very useful product. Although they don't have analytics but i am sure i have saved a lot specially when i have lot of COD orders

The APP has been very helpful in confirming the COD orders without us having to call and verify. The RTO rates have come down, the after sales support is very good. The take our suggestions and help in resolving the same. Highly recommend this app for COD confirmation.

Great application, saves alot of time and money in verifying genuine customers. Customer support is also top notch, their cutomer support is excellent. i would recommend this application to every store to reduce their RTO and get rid of Fake Orders
