Prevent fake COD orders with WhatsApp OTP verification. Auto-cancel unverified orders, reduce RTO.
COD-Verify helps reduce fake COD orders and RTO losses. When a customer places a COD order, they receive a WhatsApp OTP to verify their phone number. Unverified orders are automatically held and canceled after 30 minutes. A reminder is sent at 10 minutes to give customers a final chance to verify. This ensures only genuine buyers complete orders, reducing failed deliveries and shipping costs.
