Hi,
the app is weird , it stops working after a certain period of time.
no support. the number is switched off and no email response.
Also i tried uninstalling and reinstalled the app. i also lost my $15 credit inside it.

COD confirmations have shot up, reducing our manual calls by 60-70%. They have even started IVR calls so people who don't end up checking their messages can also confirm the orders.
