Hello. I have reached out to the developer of this application multiple times, but I have never received a response. Despite sending several emails to different addresses, I still haven't received any reply.
We mainly started using this app to be able to offer exchanges to our customers, which works a charm! This app also simplifies our refund process and is easy and intuitive to use for both ourselves and our customers. Support is quick and skillful. One small minus is that it would have been nice to have a complete data-analysis as a standard feature (why are products returned?).
Thank you for your feedback on the app. The return reasons data analysis is definitively something we have on our roadmap. This helps the merchant to understand why products are returned and where to improve.
This R&E app has taken our customer experience for Exchanges and Returns to the next level. By not only tracking, but also processing and automatically sending out e-mail updates to our customers, the customer is always up-to-date on the status of their Return/Exchange and doesn't have to contact us for questions, not even in case of delays. Different 'promise' settings per shipping country also help a lot to tailor the experience for international shipments. Great stuff!
