Petite proposition d'amélioration : pouvoir uploader un fichier d'excel afin d'imprimer une liste de commandes (et non pas devoir les sélectionner une par une).
Suite à une migration sur shopify, nous avons eut besoin d'installer l'app Colissimo.
Mais nous avions une erreur, malgré l'installation très précise en vidéo.
Thomas du support nous a contacté 5 minute après l'envoi de notre mail et nous a trouvé une solution en moins de 30 secondes !
Nous avions juste fait une erreur dans la sélection d'un format.
Quel support ! Super d'avoir une équipe à taille humaine comme cela, qui puisse nous aider facilement et surtout... RAPIDEMENT !

L'équipe du Studio de Tom est non seulement très professionnelle, mais aussi extrêmement réactive. À plusieurs reprises, j'ai été confronté à des problèmes lors de prise en main de l'application Colissimo.
Leur service client est excellent et leur expertise dans leur domaine est indéniable.
Maintenant ma boutique fonctionne parfaitement et mes clients seront ravis de l'intégration du point relais.
