Hands down, the best customer service we have dealt with in the software space. Attentive team, fantastic UI, helpful how-to brand videos and easily optimized so we can easily manage tasks without taking up the entire day.

My first app for affiliate marketing. Most of the applicants have very little following/engagement. We sent gifts and received nothing in return. Pretty much a thanks and goodbye. Really no benefit at all. Will look for an app that holds affiliates accountable and does a better job vetting influencers.

***Update*** Received this response to my review:
"Hi, there. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I can understand your position and I'm happy to pass on your feedback. Unfortunately, there is no way to force a creator to promote a brand, but if you choose to use Collabs again you can create a contract that outlines the expectations for the work the creator will do. We recommend seeking legal advice if you do choose to create contracts going forward." Essentially, these "influencers" are under no obligation to review (good or bad) the product you send to them, so there's a real possibility you're just sending out free product and paying shipping for absolutely nothing. Learned my lesson, time to uninstall this app.

Well, sent two applicants products and nothing. Just throwing out product for free, apparently. I had hopes for this but it just ended up costing me money for the product, shipping supplies, and shipping costs, not to mention some fun goodies for presentation. I am reticent to do this again, seeing as there's no legitimate return.

Great app and really easy to use.
The tech team are very helpful too.
I would highly recommend using this app to help grow your business using influencers.

We love this app, however recently we have been made aware of some issues that make it impossible for people to apply. Once they answer all the questions, the app won't let them do anything once they sign into their Instagram or other social media. Sometimes, it won't even let them sign in. Please fix this as it's impacting us a lot.

Absolutely the easiest influencer management software we've ever used. Dovetale lets us quickly and easily integrate our influencer workflow with our shopify store allowing us to spend less time managing/fulfilling product samples and more time creating long lasting partnerships with content creators. Highly recommend for any store working with influencers and the price can't be beat!

I have multiple influencers trying to sign up as an ambassador but they are just getting the error message "We are unable to verify that your request originated from Shopify". Now when I test myself to try out you are required to create a Shopify account just to signup as an ambassador? What is this Shopify???
