Excellent App and support. Installation was easy and the filtering works great so far. Had a snag with the filters loading due to a theme setting and they were able to identify and fix the problem quickly.

I was totally blown away by the outstanding customer service for this app. I installed the app very late Friday evening. My theme is rather complicated and I ran into a snag, so I wrote an email to support. Marius contacted me a couple of hours later (wow!!) to let me know that he had received my email and a status. Then throughout the weekend, he worked with me to help get exactly the look I wanted. I love the flexibility of how I can filter items as my product line changes. App was fine. I have filtered by brand using the product type. But when I have tried to do my own custom one using tags it not working. I’m giving 1/5 as I’ve been contacting them for at least a week and have not had at least a bounce back email. I have messaged through shopify, direct email nothing. Please help me launching tomorrow

The Collection Filter is simple to install and makes a big difference to customer experience. It makes it easy for your customers to find what they want quickly! I had a slight issue contacted support and they dealt with it promptly and were helpful. From my experience over the last month I wouldn't hesitate to recommended SuppleApps and Collection Filter. App is not working. Support is poor, no one bothers to reply. Chasing technical team from last 20 days but they are not bothered.
