Merchants are downloading this without reading the requirements. They are using it on incompatible themes then giving a bad rating for incompatibility. Only works on the latest version of Dawn (currently Dawn 15.0) It works as advertized in the documentation.

The volume discounts unfortunately do not work with this app, if you could combine multiple products/variants to sync with volume discounts instead of just per product, then this app would be a huge success.
