I chose this because they use a beautiful preloader that will enhance your brand's image. The customer service is also amazing. They were able to help fix my problem on the weekend, which I did not expect. Choosing an app with great customer service is really important because you never know what problem you will encounter.

Neither of the two themes available on The Coming Soon app work. I've sent 3 emails with no response. I decided to delete the app because it was useless and none of the changes I made appeared on the preview or the actual site. The page is still visible to EVERYONE who visits my website, and I have not launched my coming soon page. After deleting the app and downloading another, it is still there. I need a solutions so I hope someone from the company sees this and can help me as soon as possible.

Great app. Easy to set up and modify content. The support team was really helpful and replied quickly. I was able to get full customization of my coming soon page without having to hire an extra developer.

The Coming Soon app was the only app that was suitable for exactly what. wanted to accomplish. It has a built-in countdown clock to build launch & drop anticipation.

This is the ideal app for store who want to have go dark between 'limited edition' drops. We also use this app to keep store locked for 'exclusive access'.

App support has also been extremely helpful and quick in response. We explored other apps that serve the same functions, but did not find one nearly comparable to serve the purpose we need it for.

Coming Soon is a fantastic app. It offered us various design options and the features were so easy to use. Even it had nothing to do with them, they were more than happy to help us out. One of the BEST teams in the business! If you are about to launch a brand/new website and you want to grow your email marketing abilities, we'd highly recommend that you start early with Coming Soon.

I love that you can customize your own coming soon page! the customer service is amazing! i wanted to add my own font and they had it up and running within 24 hours! Very friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone that wants to customize their own page!

I've started using "Coming Soon" and am impressed. I required a few customization's, which were done quickly and to spec by the support team. I enjoyed the speed of service and the fact that the setup is simple and clean. There could be more customization on a self service basis, however the team are there to assist so it doesn't make too much of a difference.

I used this app to set up a landing page. It was easy to use and whenever I had a hiccup, Anton, was there to guide me through. Easy App and the best customer service!

**Updated** 6 weeks ago I wrote a review where I said that Anton from Coming Soon app by Sovi was fabulous. I randomly chose it as one of many similar apps and am so pleased I did. I want to tell everyone to ONLY use the Sovi Coming Soon app.
Over the past 6 weeks I have contacted Anton many times and i would now say that the customer service delivered by Sovi is perfect. I have never had customer service like it! Every time I have asked a stupid question, got myself into trouble with something, Anton has been there. I have no idea when Anton sleeps as he has been there for me within minutes every time I ask for his help.
So, don't randomly choose Sovi as I did. Look for it in the app store and download it as your first choice. I really can't speak highly enough.

I used the app for a few months and it worked great. I had an issue with deleting the app once I was ready to launch as I obviously failed to follow the instructions to de-install it first. Because of that my website would not launch after that because of a remnant code, as I was told later. I asked Sovi Apps to help and they were absolutely brilliant and got it all resolved within 30 mins. It was a great relief as I needed the site to be live later this evening so thanks guys for saving the day!Highly recommended!

Came 1 step in Shopify then this text is all I see: A static HTML page can contain a simple dependency free script to set the top bar to a 500 server error. This page can be found in 'public/500.html'. Ah and the Leave a review button is all I can use so here we are... Won't be buying this software.

Fantastic app - I've just uninstalled the app as my website was ready to go live. I didn't follow the instructions and deleted the app before deactivating. When my website then wouldn't load, I panicked and emailed the developers. They answered and fixed the problem within 10 mins from my initial email - amazing!! Couldn't have asked for more. They were also really response on questions I had when customising the page and the app served its purpose - would recommend to anyone!!

Great easy to use app, really fast and helpful support, they helped me with some styling customization within an hour or so of the request. Would definitely recommend!

Installed the trial for the prelaunch of my business. I did have an issue with it not working after the trial but Anton was super responsive and got it working again very quickly. Other than the hiccup the app is great!

Great app! No coding skills needed. You have the option to a professional free set up. You can't beat that. My coming soon page turns out to be excellent. The Developer is very helpful.

A difficult interface at first. hard to understand what you're actually changing as you go. I'm having problems changing font colors on my cart which should be pretty easy. Also, when I try to enter my main site using the protected password nothing happens. Will probably cancel before the free trial expires

Terrible app, full of bugs, colour selectors not working, preview is not working, too long winded and too expensive for something that will barely be used.

There were a few coming soon apps and this was one of the pricier versions, but I reached out to the support team and they mentioned their designer Stephen would set everything up for me free of charge. It does exactly what it says. But that is it. Not really anything groundbreaking and to be honest--I think a bit steep in price.

But if you aren't quite ready for primetime and want to collect emails, this is a good way to do it.

I searched around a lot for the perfect coming soon app and truly found it with “Coming Soon” when I had trouble connecting it to my sign in with password, customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. I found this app to be very easy to use, and came with some great features that made the construction page look very professional. I'd def refer others to this app

We tested all the Coming Soon apps. We needed to allow visitors with a password to enter. We usually make our own design within our theme files, but I am glad the customer asked us to pursue this route because I like how simple it is to set-up. Anyone who has access to our shopify dashboard is able to easily make changes. The app settings ensure a professional coming soon page.

Today, we reached out to the developer... on the phone. The first person who picked up seemed to anticipate our issue, a fluke conflict with all shopify apps and a specific version of Safari. A second issue was created by us when we decided to try another one of the Coming Soon apps... we deleted the app because it did not have the ability to allow visitors with a password to enter the website - The Coming Soon App by Sovi Creative DOES allow password entry. The other app we loaded left legacy coding in our theme and Sovi Creative took care of removing the conflicting coding.

I do not recommend any other app for Coming Soon over this one. The person who picked up the phone immediately assisted us. They were incredibly helpful, patient and attended to every detail of our concerns. I am incredibly impressed and grateful. There is nothing I can say that they could do better. Excellent and deserving of the 5 star rating. I wish all shopify apps were this impressive.
