I am happy to have the ability to add the coming soon button to my website. Because the items sell fast this allows customers to read the details before they are released to purchase. The app is failry easy to use. Some things I found could be more clear in the instructions of how to use. But that may also have been me new to shopify, trying to figure things out. The support is available and willing to answer questions though. The email to alert customers comes from the app creators email, so I'm unsure if customers would open it, or if it would go to junk mail. but I'm over all happy with the app, and would suggest it.

Great app for coming soon batches. I had some issue with the layout, but support was very helpful and replied fast. They managed to fix the issue quickly as well.

Important, this is not mentioned anywhere. The "Notify Me" button replaces the "Buy now" button. i.e. be sure to leave the "Buy now" button in the Shop Designer, otherwise the Notify Me window will not appear. This is what happened to us at the beginning. It's working now and we got help of the customer service, very friendly and fast. But it took a few days till they answered. We needed to contact them on several streams.

And we wanted to collect the email subscribes in a Mailchimp list. It worked at first and then it cut the connection to Mailchimp out of nowhere. Thankfully, the subscribers are also listed and managed in the app, so it's left there now. But we didn't even notice it at first.

The design is simple, which is good. Unfortunately, it cannot be adapted to the shop style or customize it. Overall the app is not fancy but it does the job and we would use it again if we wanted to announce a product.

The helpdesk team are amazing and extremely kind. Helped me 24/7 via whatsapp and or email so this is great from their part. Unfortunately becuase of requirements we could not use the app at the end but this did not stop the team from assisting us all through the process. They are very professional and would reccomend them anyday!

I installed this app and at first loved it... I emailed a couple of times to try to get assistance with a feature and never heard back. A few days later, the app BROKE my store. Every item in my store was showing "out of stock". I had to reach out to my tech guy for emergency services (250.00) and the issue was this apps code. It even had links to other stores in it. He deleted it and repaired my store. When he deleted it, he left "broke my store" as the comment for why we were deleting. Still no answer to my other emails, but what do you know I received a pretty fast response to this. I explained everything and they asked me to INSTALL IT AGAIN so they can see what is going wrong and fix their code. No thanks.

We were supported by Samta, who did a great job by helping us with a little color issue of the "coming soon" button. Just installed the app, need more time to test it, but so far everything works great. Thank you Samta!
