Needed to create a coming soon feature without having to install an entirely new theme. I managed to do that easily with this app, but had trouble hiding the prices for the products labelled coming soon. Dropped them a message on WhatsApp and they got back to me within the hour, I just gave them app access and they fixed it quickly without me having to do anything other than accepting the request for access. Am delighted with the great service, and relieved that the site works fine too!

My 5 stars go specifically toward the service provided for this product, the team is exceptional and so helpful! Nothing was a burden to help with and they fixed a request I made within 24 hours. The app itself is also great, I had specific requests that it didn’t initially provide but the service team assisted with that. The only fault is that the email customers receive is not that great and I wanted to be able to customise this but they are in the process of creating this for the app and I look forward to seeing what they create!

I think they didn´t research well how our business model work. We had big issues during our drops. Customers couldn´t pay as soon as the product went live. You can imagine how much money we lost during first minutes. After a couple of tries they couldn´t fix that. As a conclusion we disabled this app and will never use it again :(

This app works great! It's really easy to use and has all the features I need to stay organized and on top of things. The customer service is also super nice, quick and helps with personalised issued.

Great app, however it keeps crashing. The team asked us to delete and reinstall but every time we do that we need to do the customisation again.

I like the idea of having the Coming Soon banners on my products and the count down timer, but two times in a row, when the count down timer got to zero, my product never went live! I ended up having to make a duplicate listing so that I could sell my items. The first time was when I was offering a convention exclusive item. When I'm done submitting this review, I'm deleting the app.

We have a few upcoming products that are not yet available for sale and this app meets our needs quite well. The support team is also quick to react.

Super friendly and very quick assistance. Directly at the beginning 2 times requested and it was implemented without any problems.

Due to various changes in the store were unfortunately also some changes necessary. This was no problem at all for the team, who implemented everything for us with a lot of patience. Great communication and super customer support
