PreCom ‑ coming soon preorders

Exactly what I wanted. An app to change a product page into a coming soon page. I could not find any other app that did this (most are full on page building apps). Additionally, I had a question and the support team answered right away with a thorough reply that helped me resolve my issue. Highly recommend.

I use this app every month to allow customers to preview upcoming products and it's been the best marketing tool for me! I also recently needed some help customizing the buttons and the team went WAY above and beyond to help me make it happen. Can't recommend them enough—so happy with this app!

Works really well for both pre-sale and coming soon items and stood up to some real pressure on the recent LRSD promotion where a lot of items came online just at the right time. Any questions are promptly answered by the support team, even on Sundays. Highly recommended and really good vfm.

went with this company as they are uk based and hence we thought any support would be better timewise for us and sure enough response with initial set up was quick and the adjustment needed to work with our theme was done straight away, what more can you say, also good price.

Got some great and fast help. The app really helped us to show customers products which are about to be released. Have increased sales a lot, before products were not visible at all.
The team also helped me to add some data to the labels.

We found a pretty big flaw in this app, making it surprisingly easy to bypass (ie you could as a visitor buy products before release date with a few simple html hacks) HOWEVER when we made the app developer aware, they fixed this bug. Great work.

So far so good! I'm in the trial period, but will use CS to get around Shopify displaying "Sold Out" for 'coming soon' products with 0 stock. The automation of the "Coming Soon" graphic and "available at..." features will save us time and hassle. Also, Adam did a quick fix to re-locate the "Pre-Order product" messages in our shopping cart. Great Customer Service, fast and reliable. We had some questions and concerns and they were answered quickly and the issue was already resolved when doing so. Gives our customers a chance to see what's coming in. Would definitely recommend!

The program does work but the huge problem is when you put an item to "coming soon" the program automatically puts the item "inventory not tracked" This caused a HUGE issue because on other sales channels it didnt show up as "sold out" or "coming soon" BUT allowed them to BUY IT! We sold 400! of something because they were able to purchase it via a different sales channel. This was VERY BAD. The program should NOT automatically set the item to "not track inventory."
