I’ve been searching for this kind of app on Shopify for a long time! This complaint management system has transformed how we handle customer issues previously in Google Sheet. The dedicated page for submissions of complaint and tracking is so user-friendly, and it streamlines our entire process. Instant updates and prioritization features make it easy to resolve complaints quickly.

A must have for any store for better customer satisfaction!!!
