I was having issues with my products displaying, but I hopped on a chat with Lynn and she had me taken care of in quick order. It was much appreciated.
The customer support is extremely great, they took me over baby steps and explain every bit in a simplified way (almost Idiot-Proof). With the all features I required to comply with Local regulation and dual Language issues, the time consumed to resolve was much faster than I expected or anticipated. I rate my customer support experience five stars because you can not put any more than that.
Me encanta la idea de poder usar un POS desde mi PC paras las ventas en mi tienda física. Respecto a la aplicación, todavía no he tenido ocasión de probarla como me gustaría y conocer todas sus funcionalidades, así que actualizaré la reseña cuando lo compruebe. Eso si, puedo decir que el servicio técnico genial, tuve un problema para configurar la impresora de tickets y me atendieron muy rápido.

Ich würde am liebsten 10 Sterne geben. Support hat sich für meine Anliegen richtig viel Zeit genommen und auch alles gelöst! Wenn es nicht anders geht verbinden Sie sich sogar mit Remote um weiterzukommen!

#Positive things first:
The support is very fast and friendly. They deserve two stars (actually more but the functionality of the app is just not as good as it should be)
#Negative things:
1) It's super buggy. You have to reload the cash in order to catch all newly added products into ConnectPOS
2) It completely messes up things with tax - if you have multiple tax rules or overwrites in your shopify store, it won't be working
3) They have soo many different configuration settings - like what the heck... you need to spend your life time in trying to figure out what to click, set up and most of the time the support has to log in into your account to fix some new bug that they found...
4) We were in touch with the support almost every day and every day they were suggesting using their native app instead of the web app. But have you actually seen how it looks? Just terrible - all pictures are blurry, it is super slow and doesn't find new products either.
Again, as probably many of you feel: it is pity that shopify pos is not supported on mac. We won't be using it any longer.
This app is really amazing! Everything is very easy to use and really straightforward! Syncing is fast and the Supports are also the best as they guide you very well and if needed they can connect with you remotely. We are planning to use this app as an alternative to Shopify POS as it contains several additional features especially different payment types during Checkout and more.
Excellent support! Hana was very helpful and answered all of my questions during app set up! I like the quote feature, where you can email the customer a quote to review,
if you have many locations you can't use it. When you try to switch locations you need to login details but you dont have. You need to login automatically from Shopify. When you login via Shopify you can see only a location. I have never seen such a ridiculous situation before.
