One of the best POS features and the support is perfect. Connectpos allow users to change the product price per order which you can not find on other POS that has integration with Shopify

We were looking into the Shopify POS but did not want to have to use an iPad. Found ConnectPOS and it is going great so far. Fantastic support from Lucy and can run the App on our new iMac. Is very well integrated with Shopify too. Will update when we have used it a little longer but so far so good!

As an ecommerce platform of 3+ years, I've worked with many companies. ConnectPOS is one among them. But the customer service provided by them by far exceeds that of any other company I've had the chance to engage with, both in terms of quality and efficiency. Your concerns are taken seriously and dealt with, with utmost sincerity. Truly rare in a world of mega corporations who couldn't care less about small businesses. We have been working with ConnectPos for almost two years now. Their customer support has been, and still is, great. The app itself is a pleasure to work with if you need a good Pos system. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Natalie did a great job helping us with a new free trial as well as a few other things. Great customer support and had the issue cleared within minutes.
Will check back in with a review after we see how the trial goes.

Helped me with all things I needed POS wise and inventory tracking between the two. Spent years trying to find a good alternative for Shopify POS while still keeping my online website and this worked perfectly!

#Positive things first:

The support is very fast and friendly. They deserve two stars (actually more but the functionality of the app is just not as good as it should be)

#Negative things:

1) It's super buggy. You have to reload the cash in order to catch all newly added products into ConnectPOS

2) It completely messes up things with tax - if you have multiple tax rules or overwrites in your shopify store, it won't be working

3) They have soo many different configuration settings - like what the heck... you need to spend your life time in trying to figure out what to click, set up and most of the time the support has to log in into your account to fix some new bug that they found...

4) We were in touch with the support almost every day and every day they were suggesting using their native app instead of the web app. But have you actually seen how it looks? Just terrible - all pictures are blurry, it is super slow and doesn't find new products either.

Again, as probably many of you feel: it is pity that shopify pos is not supported on mac. We won't be using it any longer.

Just installed this app so can't comment on functionality etc yet however already have received excellent customer service from Natalie. Apart from assiting with initial enquiry she took the time to understand and suggested other technical support with the software.

Really nice app, customer service was pretty good overall, only good things to say about them and everything
