Excellent support and a very useful app!
We had an issue with one of our Amazon FBA SKUs not syncing correctly with Shopify. The support team responded quickly, accessed our store through the proper Shopify collaborator process, and immediately identified the problem — even spotting a tiny typo in the SKU that we had overlooked.
After correcting it, everything synced perfectly. Fast, friendly and competent support.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to connect Amazon FBA with Shopify!

I'm using an app to import products from Amazon to Shopify: overall, it works very well. Occasionally, I encounter a few minor issues, but the chat support is always available and quick to respond. For this reason, it fully deserves 5 stars.

Amazon Connectr & FBA Sync works extremely well for syncing our Shopify store with Amazon. The interface is clear, the features are robust, and the synchronization is reliable.

This app is perfect for the 700,000 plus skus I have in my catalog. The process is a little slow because of the volume of skus the app pulls, but the customer service is amazing. They even created the csv files to make the importing into my Shopify go quicker. Very responsive to my inquiries as well.

From all the apps that promise automated fulfillment via MCF, the team of Connectr is the fastest to reply and actually assist in rooting our any errors the app might encounter. So far we are still testing the app, to make sure everything is syncing and working as planned. The app does work flawlessly once orders are correctly imported to the app!
