it doesn't automatically update stock quantities from Amazon to Shopify but works manually. The interface is very confusing.

Disappointed as the app doesn't support more than one marketplace at a time. So if you sell in multiple marketplaces such as being on the Pan European FBA program with different prices and listing copy, you can only sync and import from a single marketplace. So the app is only useful if you only sell in one marketplace.

We constantly upgrade the app with new features as requested by the sellers. Supporting multiple marketplaces is in our development pipeline and we hope to make it available soon. We will notify you accordingly.

The pull from Amazon works smoothly. However, the sync is one way (only from Amazon to Shopify). The Fast Sync setting was not functioning. They said it was a bug and they fixed it. I didn't test Fast Sync after repair.

Your critique is valid - we did have a bug with the fast sync service which prevented syncing of products for a few hours. Our technical team has fixed the problem and everything is working alright again.
