We had an issue, emailed them and was fixed quickly! thanks! Have not tried on mobile store yet but i'm sure with their customer service if we have any issues they will look to resolve quickly.
The app works and the developer was quick to respond and fix an issue we had with the app on our site.
Poorly designed mobile functionality. The app takes your standard pop up image and crops is into a small square, and then places the sign-up portion over top of it. It's fine if you use a plain or patterned background, but if you use specific images, it really looks bad. We, for instance, used a woman's face on our pop-up, but it cropped out for mobile and left an unpleasant part of her face ...
Love this Awesome app! In my Second store I have installed it on and it's super valuable !
