Simple and straight forward aplication. Great to gather better customer data, without requiring complex setup wich is a plus. The free plan is also a plus if you just require simple aditions to your contact page.

Used this app before and I loved it very much. I would recommend this app to friends as well. Love that it is simple and I can use it on so many other pages.

I have downloaded three so far, and this one is the easiest and most intuitive for simple form that no one is willing to pay a subscription for. This is the best out there.

i appreciate having this free app for my store as a new start up business with so many other cost that i have to front, it helps ease the financial pain. free knowledge base! was pretty easy to use without having to know coding and free you tube videos are provided. no pressure to buy product from the developer to continue use, but some premium options are limited
