Very good simple contact form app. And easy to use.
I miss the reCAPTHA function in this app - as it is very when you receive too many spam bot messages.

I needed a good simple contact form with Google CAPTCHA and tried Simple Contact Us Form.
I have a premium template for my store, and the contact form did not automatically work so I got in touch with support.
My experience with the support was nothing short of perfect.
They got back to me fast, Their developer went into my code, fixed everything up and its all working perfect within 24hours.

Not too sure how to use this within shopify. Finding it hard to add captcha checkbox and edit my preferences for the contact form

I had some email contact with developers to change a few things and they not only responded very quickly, they actually made it happen!

Good app however no support provided. Understandable since it's a free app. Switching to a paid app now.
This form worked very well on desktop however failed to show on mobile so it doesn't work well enough for our needs.
