pros- was easy to use and looks nice on mywebsite

cons- I do not get any alerts I have received a message.
I do not get these messages sent directly to my email,
I can not read the messages from my shopify app on my phone so
I have to got to the computer to look up message.
I cannot respond to message from the app, so
I then have to copy paste into my email so i can respond.
I have contacted app and never received a response

However, we know that some of you need more that just that. Some of you want to get submission alerts, and be able to export forms, etc. We've got just the right app for you - Form Builder!

Useless App since when you replay directly to the customer, the mail does not send it to the customer, it sends it to "hulkapps bla bla". There are many other better solutions.

Great App. Great usability. And Super fast first level support! Can recommend. I just had a quick error, that the form wasn't displayed and the support was able to give me direct and fast (less than one minute) reply with instructions + video. And that worked pretty well!

MiVeda decided to use the Contact Us App because it worked well and was the right price (you do not get a better deal than free).
You can test the app if you want by going to our website (www.miveda.com) and entering your details. BTW, there are some great products we supply – all Made in Australia, Certified Natural and Organic, and the right price. So... if you have any questions then use the contact form.

I am NOT tech savvy at all, but I managed to install app with a little patience, and from viewing the two videos very carefully. Have a little refining to do. Waiting on response from tech support.

had a minor issue with my code when generating for my store
after contacting customer care i received very helpful and immediate attention service when needed thank you for the app thumbs up

yes i love this app it helps me with my work a lot and saves me plenty of time, minor issues around the corners but all is well otherwise

I used to love this app, now I did install it on my new shop and can't even figure out how to embed it. Seems they are focused more on upselling than user experience.
