Specially designed for retail and eCommerce, the drag-and-drop editors make it easy to create new campaigns and reach your customers, convert leads, and increase sales. Lastly, what makes this platform stand out is the outstanding customer success team, as they are always there for us.
Waited for 3 months and they were not even able to set up the app on my store. Wasted my time saying they would get back to me to solve my issues and then after multiple follows up said we are sorry, please use another tool.

The integration with Shopify is seamless, as the app picks up customer interactions and historical data so we can start using these insights for marketing and advertising. The dedicated customer success experience is hands-on and focused on helping us achieve our goal. If you are looking for a marketing solution for your shop with great customer success, then this is a must try!
Amazing app! It was a bit overwhelming when you first get started, simply due to the wealth of features the platform offers. But the email builder is really intuitive, with pre-built templates and customizable blocks in drag & drop format. Also, great customer service. Unlike other email apps where you can only get support via email. Here they offer phone, chat, email and dedicated account support person.
We switched to ContactPigeon from MailChimp about 6 months ago, as we are looking for a more robust solution to boost our email campaigns. In general, it was relatively easy to get started with this app.
ContactPigeon offers a TON of templates to choose from. For more complex campaign automation flows, I was able to get step by step assistance and suggestions from the ContactPigeon team. Great customer support with 1 on 1 attention when needed.
