Great app. Does what it says it should do and really good customer service. Got to the answer of all my problems really quickly.
Fantastic support from Lina, and I didn't even pay for the app as I just started my Shopify store and need to save money at the moment. Definitely recommend this app, I translated all 170.000 characters of my site manually which was completely free. It works like a charm! Lina answered my long list of questions super quick and was very helpful. She definitely knows what she's talking about. I would give ten stars if I could. Highly recommend.
This translation app is not as smart as it described. It can not translating content well. You have to manually edited all translations.
They have an increbible support team that is capable to do the personalizations that you need. Thank you!!
Exzellente App. 2-Sprachigkeit meines Shops war in 3 Stunden realisiert. Die automatische Übersetzung funktioniert auch bei komplexen Texten wiedererwartend gut, was immens Zeit spart. Keine monatlichen Fixkosten, mehr Übersetzungskontingent kann relativ kostengünstig zu gebucht werden. Der Support antworten in kürzester Zeit freundlich und kompetent. Klare Empfehlung!
I have used Translation Lab to translate my web into different languages and it works great. Had a couple of issues that were super quickly solved by the support team. Great discovery!
The customer service staff, Max is very helpful with prompt response, even I'm using a free plan. He has recorded a video to let me know how to fix the problem. Great customer service!
They call it AI. But it uses third-party robot translation services. Translation is not accurate. Not worth the price. A lot of limitations.
Very good auto translation function and ability to overwrite / do manual translations when the automatic one doesn't quite read correctly. I have used this app on three sites now - French, German & Chinese. Most importantly the customer support (Max) is excellent. thanks!
