A well thought out app, easy to use with great customer service. Max and Lina both provide quick, accurate responses.

The app does have few issues that they're working on (lost translations after changing the theme, but they do have a way to recover them)...
But overall it's a really good app. Best part is customer support... Max is my savior!

Translation Lab is the perfect app for me. I was looking for an app with which I could do the translations manually. This is very easy with translation lab. I couldn't find some texts straight away. I contacted Translation lab by email and received an answer only a short time later. Within less than 2 hours my problem was solved. Max sent me a video with step-by-step instructions that I could use to solve my problem. I also appreciate the fact that I don't have to pay any monthly fees. I use the free version and can buy new credits to translate more texts if needed. Perfect for me.

The Translation Lab App and its Sherpas service is out of this world!
They responded to my emails super fast and always explained everything in a simple yet clear way, sometimes even including an explanatory video or image. My website is quite large, with many sections that require translation, but they helped me with everything without a hitch; they helped and explained how to find texts, the creation of excels, the import of different translations, etc. I am very happy with them; not only that, but their App is incredible and allows you to individually edit absolutely everything within the theme. You can even put your own spin on how you reach out to customers! Congratulations Sherpas, you’re amazing!!

The app has some of the amazing features. The best that I like is the custom translation which helps to translation basically any text on the store irrelevant of whether it is inside the theme section or coming from a third party app.
The customer support is great. I wanted to have the language switcher installed in the header of my store. The team from this app achieved the results exactly as I wished.

Therefore overall very happy with the app and highly recommend it.
