Short review: Simply awesome, The best customer support ever. Long review: Let's start from my background, I was used to WordPress where I have to pay a yearly plan for WPML while this is entirely free to use. it has all the options you can imagine and I did not have any problem with the Debut theme. When I noticed the email templates wouldn't show up in the app I contacted the developers on Sunday and I got the answer the same day which resolved my issue. that was such a great surprise. It was pretty easy to translate the Email Templates with the AI auto translator (I'm translating from English to Italian) compared to other apps that require the use of liquid to localize them. The AI Auto-Translator is a very practical feature. the business model they are using is simply genius. One could just use this app for free and translate everything by himself, but there could be people like me who don't have time to translate everything manually.
it doesn't even cost that much if you need some extra translation credits. In conclusion, I think there should be more apps like this in the Shopify App Store. I had a very good experience.

We had a nice template and needed a customized language switch to match the design. Max was fast and responsive to update a new language switch using current template layout. Many thanks for great service!

We are based in Japan and used this app to have our store in English and Japanese. The access is easy and smooth (needs a bit of searching, but overview is great and someone who used it for the first time will find it easy to navigate through). The team at translation lab were fantastic in helping us go live with over 100,000 translations. Metin and Melin in particular worked relentlessly over weekends in their own time to help push our translations through. To say they went above and beyond would be the understatement of the year! Estuve mirando varias opciones de apps de traducción y creo que por ahora para mí es la mejor. Pero desde luego lo mejor sin duda es su equipo de soporte. Un 10 para ellos. Responden super rápido y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Los he molestado varias veces con cosillas que no conseguía hacer y siempre me han ayudado de forma muy amable. Aún hay algunas cosas que no me van, como la traducción de imágenes, que es una cosa que me encanta que tenga la app y que me viene genial para mi tienda pero que en mi caso no parece funcionar, de todas formas no es algo prioritario en mi caso y me han dicho que están trabajando en saber que pasa, así que espero que pronto pueda usar esta función. Gracias por vuestra ayuda, equipo!
