This is indeed the best translation app and the best customer service I had on Shopify.
I love the AI feature and the customer service replies within a couple of minutes and stay dedicated on following up until everything is sorted.
The translation is very accurate even for hard languages.
I managed to have multiple language checkout/payment gateway pages with this app.
The customer support is faster the Shopify support and smarter in fixing anything even if it's not caused by their app. They are just helpful. I recommend this app 100%

For the last one year I have been working on Shopify. Normally for any third parties the support provide is minimal even for paid services. But for Translation App the support provided is excellent and has been top-notch. Infact because of the excellent support I was able to explore the app to the fullest possible way. I used this app to translate from EN to DE. The translation works well, although it needs still adjustments and extra care to edit the texts, the service is amazingly fast. Max took the time to even create a video to help me when there was some confusion. 5 stars for the service!

T Lab is simply essential for me in Québec. Easy to use and I love being able to translate everything manually, although it does offer automatic translations with credits. Customer support is outstanding, helpful and fast.
Glad I found this app.
