Amazing support. We had issues with some custom French translation in the theme and they were able to help us get them fixed. Highly recommend it! Merci!
It used to be good and we tried their new version. We were charged for a premium suscription and got a terrible translation to Swedish because it was "AI". our chat gtp makes better translations than this. The result was that it took longer time to fix all the trouble caused by the poor translation than translating everything manually. The customer service refunded half of the price, but it was still comparable to the price of a month suscription to chatgtp.

Best Translate App out here, support is very responsive. The app has a lot of possible integration and API connection is possible too. All that for a lot cheaper than other App. 5/5 would recommend !

I really appreciated how they followed up and worked to resolve everything effectively. Previously, we used other third-party apps, but due to higher costs and limitations that required frequent upgrades, along with a negative impact on our SEO ranking (related to URL structure), we started looking for an alternative.
I'm glad to have found T-Labs as a potential solution. We first tested the free version before upgrading to the paid package as a replacement for our previous apps.
In terms of pricing and support, I find both aspects reasonable. A great advantage is that they even helped customize the language switcher location, and our Shopify SEO ranking improved (also related to the URL structure).
As for support response times, it’s understandable that there may be some delays due to different time zones.
This app is great for translating all website content, both translatable content and texts that aren't defined as translatable. It allows custom translations for resources that don't exist in the backend. Furthermore, the support service is excellent; they are all professional and very friendly. Dimitar, in particular, offered us technical assistance and kindly and patiently answered all our questions.
