Great App!! The automatic translation feature is solid! The manual translation is very easy and the editing options are really good.
And it goes without saying there is a great customer support very efficient and responsive!!

We are based in Japan and used this app to have our store in English and Japanese. The access is easy and smooth (needs a bit of searching, but overview is great and someone who used it for the first time will find it easy to navigate through). Whenever I need help with something, the support team gets it fixed very fast and the customer support is fantastic! Thank you so much!

The team at translation lab were fantastic in helping us go live with over 100,000 translations. Metin and Melin in particular worked relentlessly over weekends in their own time to help push our translations through. To say they went above and beyond would be the understatement of the year! Estuve mirando varias opciones de apps de traducción y creo que por ahora para mí es la mejor. Pero desde luego lo mejor sin duda es su equipo de soporte. Un 10 para ellos. Responden super rápido y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Los he molestado varias veces con cosillas que no conseguía hacer y siempre me han ayudado de forma muy amable. Aún hay algunas cosas que no me van, como la traducción ...

I used this app from start. Then decided to change theme an had some probs with translations publishing. Support was fast, clear and pro.
